Below are the main images i used in my magazine before they were eddited, i chose these out of a selection of ten photo's as these were the best ones when i expermented with them further more they matched how i wanted them to look in my flat plans and shot plans. Further more the lighting in these photos were just right for the way i wished to edit them.
I chose this photo as it had abit attitude about it and looked as if he didn't care, which was the perfect for the way i wished to portray this 'badass' i wanted to make him the lead role in the band that this model is in 'the keyboard warriors'
This is a close up of the second member who isn't as important as the main band member i have portrayed this will by the lack of emotion on his face and his slight uncool look about himself.
This is the third close up who also isn't as important as the main member, however with this photo i wanted him to have the rock star look this is effective with the models stubble which makes him look scruffy and cool.
I used the image below as it has all the band members together which further highlights how i wanted the member to be portrayed as the main member is closest to us and has the attitude look still, where as the model in the middle is in the background and doesn't really fit in as both other models have a army green jacket on, therefore he is the odd one out.
I chose the image below to be my main image on the front cover as he has the look that i imagine people who read the magazine will have the style and the way he looks as if he doesn't care i can imagine that this would attract people who like indie music as he has his acoustic guitar and will be a song writer.
